The Opportunity
Wagler wanted to be seen, remembered, and easily reachable. Delmar stepped in to help tell their story through a complete rebrand, a modern website, and ongoing newsletters that spotlight what makes Wagler special and valuable.
However, Delmar’s support didn’t stop there.
They also enabled Wagler to reinvigorate their bid proposal process.

The Challenge
Millions in Limbo
Wagler’s bid proposal process was hardworking but in urgent need of greater efficiency to keep pace with growth.
At any given time, more than 140 bids were out, representing thousands of dollars invested in submission. Yet many of those bids sat waiting with no clear next step.
Without automation and tracking, Wagler lacked a central place to view where each opportunity stood or a sustainable way to engage valuable contacts continuously.
The team relied on spreadsheets and contacts buried in inboxes that couldn’t capture the details—Zoom meetings, follow-ups, or contact history—needed to keep bids moving.
Understated Brand
As Wagler grew, its brand didn’t reflect its reputation or scale. Their website, described internally as “pretty generic,” offered little insight into what made them unique.
There was no clear story showcasing their drive for quality, safety record, or turnkey manufacturing facility, and no consistent way to stay connected with past or potential clients.
Without a strong online presence or proactive communication, Wagler’s excellence in the field wasn’t being seen, remembered, or shared.

Step 1:
Construct Foundation Inside HubSpot
Delmar implemented a powerful tool, HubSpot, to help manage Wagler’s operations and track every bid and relationship they manage.
Names, numbers, photos, and preferences were organized in a HubSpot CRM, allowing Wagler’s team to reach out to more GC's and subcontractors quickly and consistently and stay informed based on the team's past experience with individuals.



Step 2:
Track to Win More Often
With HubSpot as an efficient, centralized foundation, Wagler’s team members now submit a bid, which automatically enters a follow-up process.
A notification is sent at two, four, and six weeks, reminding to reach out.
Projects delayed for six months or a year still pop up, so they’re not forgotten.


Step 3:
Refresh Website from Black-and-White to Bold and Bright
Wagler’s old website consisted of two basic pages, reflecting only completed work from 10-15 years ago. Delmar updated with new photos, new stories, and new people.
Today, the revitalized site educates people on Wagler’s team and the high quality of its expert knowledge in control, safety, water intrusion, and other programs that make Wagler stand out and leave a lasting impression.




Step 4:
Generate Buzz and Business
To attract a ton of attention and activity to Wagler, Delmar launched a monthly newsletter. The response was astounding. Customers started saving each issue for their projects and raved about the practical tips. Every edition built trust and spotlighted the value Wagler delivers.

Step 5:
Sell More with Stronger Content
Adding another layer of connection, Delmar’s high-quality videos became a pivotal sales tool, bringing trust and credibility to every client conversation.
