Consolidate Contacts Without Interruption

Delmar flawlessly migrated Rule #1’s legacy marketing automation platform containing hundreds of thousands of contacts, each in individual nurturing sequences, into Hubspot’s automated platform. The team also ensured every student continued right where they left off in their journey. This transition kept Rule #1’s momentum strong and ensured no one slipped through the cracks.

Automate and Personalize Student Journeys

-Automation scales personalization. Thousands of interactions transformed into more meaningful moments that felt one-on-one.
-Now, the focus is more on high-impact support, and nurturing sequences adapt instantaneously to student progress without confusion or delays.

Strengthen Support Under One Platform

Delmar migrated tens of thousands of historical support tickets from Freshdesk, preserving years of valuable context.

Previously, Rule #1’s support team had to toggle between four disconnected systems to respond to customer inquiries, which created unnecessary complexity.

Decrease Dependence on Third-Party Tools

All Rule #1’s system-critical messages, like secure login codes, ran through Mandrill. Delmar consolidated this key function into the new HubSpot ecosystem using HubSpot’s Single Send API.

With Delmar’s guidance, Rule #1 was able to decrease dependence on third-party tools and keep communications within one trusted platform.
